BASIC TOURNAMENT POLICIES

All members will be eligible to play in the monthly events on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Associate members can play but are not eligible to win merchandise certificates. They will need to upgrade to full membership to be eligible for prizes in future events.

Tournament Signup close 10 days prior to the event. The player count has to be given to the Course no less than 9 days prior to the event.

Signups for Wednesday events will open the 1st Thursday of the prior month. They will close at 8 am 10 days prior to the next event. Anyone that wants to enter after it closes will be placed on the waitlist and only put into the event only if room allows.

Signups for Sunday events open on the 2nd of the month prior to the event and close 10 days prior to the event.

Initial pairings are sent the Wednesday prior to the event and final pairings on Friday with any changes due to cancellations.

If you have to cancel you must do it before noon on Friday as final pairings will be sent on Friday afternoon.

Repeated cancellations of groups/players in the early times may result in those groups/players being moved to later times in the next two events.

If you have a tee time in the first hour in an event it is suggested that the next month you sign up for a time in the second hour to give everyone a chance to play early.

Green fees will be paid by each individual directly to the starter on the day of play.

The Sunday Green Fees will be the current county fee.

Side games (Skins, CTF, Low Net, Front/Back) will be collected at the sign-in table total of $20 Cash only and exact change is preferred..
